REGISTRATION AND NUMBER COLLECTION

To make things easier at reception, only one person needs to come to check-in to collect all the information and race numbers for their entire team, or even for several teams from their club.

Remember to pass your ticket to the person who will be reporting to check-in for your crew.

📱 The ticket can be presented directly on a phone: there is no need to print it. You will be asked for your ticket number for registration.

TO REMEMBER

WELCOME OF PARTICIPANTS

To register their presence and receive information and a map of the route, each crew leader must go to reception on the Saturday before the ride.

RECOMMENDATIONS

Each coxswain must have a lifejacket to hand.
Each yacht must be equipped with a 10m line and a bailer.
Each team must bring 2 trestles.
If possible, bring one trolley per crew.

BOAT RENTALS

Charter boats are reserved in priority for foreign clubs and clubs from regions other than Ile-de-France.

They are limited to a maximum of two boats per club.

You must pay a deposit of €250 per boat hired. by sending a cheque to the following address You can also pay by bank transfer to: 4 chemin de la victoire - Stade nautique Olympique d'Île-de-France - 77360 Vaires-sur-Marne. If you obtain a boat, we will contact you by e-mail to send you a bank details form for a bank transfer.
